The Plainfield Park District issues permits for the use of athletic fields and facilities to groups and the general public for recreational activities and programs during the spring/summer season from April through July and in the fall from August-November.
Complete our field rental and hold harmless forms to get the process started for your field rental. The athletic fields rental form is a fillable form via Adobe online and is emailed those filling it out. It must then be either emailed to keene@plfdparks.org or printed and brought with you when turning it in in person.
