The Plainfield Park District issues permits for the use of athletic fields and facilities to groups and the general public for recreational activities and programs during the spring/summer season from April through July and in the fall from August-November.
Complete our field rental and hold harmless forms to get the process started for your field rental. Once filled out, scan, and email the filled-out forms to keene@plfdparks.org or print and bring with you to turn in at the Prairie Activity Recreation Center (PARC) front desk, 24550 W. Renwick Rd., Plainfield, IL during business hours.
