About Plainfield Park District Dance
The Plainfield Park District offers dance programming exclusively at its Streams Dance Studio, 24319 Cedar Creek Lane in Plainfield.
Plainfield Park District Dance programs enrich students’ lives in many ways with classes aimed at instilling confidence, improved flexibility and balance, development of rhythm, and enhanced memorization.
Dance also provides a vital social outlet for kids and is a way to express themselves in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment.
Plainfield Park District Dance offers classes for just about every style and discipline including ballet, pointe, poms, jazz, lyrical, and hip hop.
All participants are required to wear a face covering during dance class.

Have you heard the news?!
Your child has the opportunity to perform in our Plainfield Park District Dance Spring Recital on Sunday, May 23 at the Prairie Activity & Recreation Center (PARC).
Rehearsal will be Saturday, May 22, 2021 (Times to be announced at a later date).
Tickets will be required for entrance to the performance including infants and will go on sale starting in April 2021. Crowd size limits due to COVID-19 may still be in place and could affect ticket availability.
Advance tickets will be $5 per person. Same day sales for the event will be $8 pending availability and COVID-related limits.
Please keep in mind that if you have children in more than one dance class, it is not guaranteed that he or she will be performing in the same show.
Closer to the recital date an email will be sent to dance families asking for parent volunteers to help during the performance.
