Registering Online
Before you sign up for a class, program, or special event, please review how to register with our online registration system.
If you’ve never registered before, you will need to set up your online account through our 3rd party website Webtrac (See: “Step 1: Creating an Account” below).
In addition, you will find instructions on how to:
- Complete online registration
- Reset your password
Once inside the registration website, you will find program pricing listed according to R/NR.
- R = Resident
- NR = Nonresident
As always, if you are still having difficulty navigating the registration website, or are not finding the program you are looking for, please call the front desk for assistance based on the current hours of operation at (815) 436-8812.
Steps On How To Register Online
Follow these steps if you are registering for the first time.
- Select “Register Now” at the top of the screen
- Click on “Create An Account”
- Fill out the form and hit the Save button when you are finished
- You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of completing the online form
After you’ve created your online account, you are now ready to register for your class, program, or special event.
- Select “Register Now” at the top of the screen and log in to your account
- Click on “Search” and a drop-down menu will appear, select “Activity Search”
- In the sidebar, you can select filters or type in keywords to narrow down your search
- Once you have found your activity, click “Add To Cart”, select the member of your family participating, and hit continue
- Then you will proceed to checkout and complete the payment page
If it’s been a while since you last registered, and you’ve misplaced where you wrote down your password, you can reset it by following these simple instructions.
- Select “Register Now” at the top of the screen
- Select “forgot password”
- Enter your primary email address
- If you don’t have an email on file with the park District you will need to create an account.
- When creating an account please allow time for our Guest Services team to verify residency.
- If your email address has changed, you will need to call Guest Services during our current hours of operation.
- You will receive an email with a link to reset your password
Register By Mail
Mail Your Signed Registration Form To:
Prairie Activity & Recreation Center (PARC) 24550 W. Renwick Rd., Plainfield, IL 60544,
Attn: Registration.
Do not send cash. Please make checks payable to Plainfield Park District. Mailed registration forms will be processed by random selection. Confirmation information will be e-mailed. Per Park District policy, a service charge of $20 will be incurred by the registrant for checks returned for insufficient funds. Special registration procedures may apply.
Register In Person
To register in person, complete the document below and drop it off at the Prairie Activity & Recreation Center located at 24550 West Renwick Road Plainfield, IL 60544.
