Debra Narducci was formally inducted onto the Plainfield Park District Board of Commissioners at the regular meeting held July 13 at the Prairie Activity & Recreation Center in Plainfield.
Narducci was appointed to the Board and fills the term of former commissioner Rob Ayres, who passed away May 12. The term expires in 2023.
Narducci currently serves as the controller for A.D.O.P.T. Pet Shelter in Naperville. She has held previous positions as controller at Maul Paving, accounting supervisor at Toyal America Inc., finance director at the Shorewood Area Chamber of Commerce, and controller and human resources manager at Waldman Engineering.
She brings with her a leadership background in accounting and business management both in corporate and non-profit sectors. She has 18 years of homeowners association board experience and has participated in multiple collaboration projects with board directors. Additionally, she served on a park district master plan committee.
She has resided within the District of Plainfield for the past 18 years with her husband and two daughters.
