Plainfield Park District is celebrating the arrival of spring with several fun family events in March and April including a Bunnylicious breakfast as well as egg hunts for kids of all ages and fur babies too.
March 27
Flashlight Egg Hunt: 8-8:30 p.m., Bott Community Park (New location!), 24550 W. Renwick Rd. For Kids ages 7-12 who enjoy more of a challenge, come look for eggs after dark with a flash light at Bott Community Park. Ages 7-12. $6 per child, pre-registered. No on-site registration. March 28
Bunnylicious Breakfast: 9-10:30 a.m. Fuel up with a breakfast with the bunny at the Prairie Activity & Recreation Center, 24550 W. Renwick Rd., before the egg hunts begin at nearby Bott Park. Event includes a photo with the bunny, games, and crafts. All ages. $15 per child/$5/adult (Bundle with EGG-citing egg hunt and save $3). Plfdparks.org
EGG-citing Activities: 11 a.m. Event includes 3 Easter egg hunts for kids 1-3; 4-5; and 6-7 at Bott Park next to the Prairie Activity & Recreation Center, 24550 W. Renwick Rd. The Easter Bunny arrives at approximately 10:30 a.m. for photos. $6 per child/no on-site registration. Plfdparks.org
April 4
Doggy Egg Hunt: 2-3 p.m. Bring your fur baby to the Clow Stephens Dog Park for a hunt that will include hidden treats in every egg. Dogs must have current vaccinations, be on leash, and under owner control. 16650 South Lily Cache Rd. $5 pre-registered/$7 on-site registration. Plfdparks.org
