Trees
Donors may choose to plant a tree in honor of a loved one. The tree is installed by the Park District. ($700 donation)
Park Bench
Start a legacy by placing a park bench that uses recycled materials in a serene setting with a loved one’s name engraved on it. The bench is installed by the Park District. ($1,500 donation)
- Make checks payable to the Plainfield Park District.
- Forms are accepted by mail, drop-off or 24-hour drop box at the Rec/Admin center located at:
23729 W. Ottawa St., Plainfield, IL 60544 - Cancelled check will act as your receipt.
- Notification will be mailed to address provided when the tree and/or bench is installed.
