Star Gazing
April 11, 2022 @ 8:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Would you like to visit Mars? a Black Hole? Then join us for an evening of star gazing fun! We will be using professional grade telescopes to search the heavens for constellations, galaxies, start and star clusters, planets with their moons, our Moon, the International Space Station, comets, asteroids and other targets. This outside view will occur only if it’s clear; otherwise, we will have an astronomy theme presentation indoors. Please dress appropriately for weather. Instructor: Jim Hopkins, Retired Associate Professor of Astronomy.
