The Plainfield Park District is holding a public forum seeking input to its American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan. The meeting is set for 6:30 to 8 p.m., August 10 at the Prairie Activity & Recreation Center, 24550 W. Renwick Road in Plainfield.
Please come to the meeting and/or participate in the survey.
The purpose of the survey is to hear your accessibility preferences and priorities regarding Plainfield Park District facilities, parks, and park amenities. Plainfield Park District greatly values your feedback. Listening to you helps the District comply with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Your feedback is anonymous and is used to improve efforts from the District. We want to hear from you, and we thank you in advance for participating in this survey (which closes August 16).
