The Plainfield Park District recently announced the hiring of Brie Hurley as accountant in the finance department.
Brie comes to Plainfield after serving as the office manager at The Fields on Caton Farm, Inc., where she managed accounts payable and receivable as well as overseeing financial initiatives including banking, quarterly analysis, cash flows and legal compliance. She also previously worked as a senior project coordinator at MasTec Network Solutions from 2015-2021.
Brie is very familiar with the Plainfield Park District, having worked at the front desk as well as a swim lesson instructor in the summers from 2009-2015. She is a graduate of Lewis University with a bachelor of science degree, double majoring in finance and economics and graduating with high honors. She also holds an associate’s degree from Joliet Junior College.
Brie resides in Plainfield with her dog, Addy.
